Cap Sante Remodel
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This house has sat proudly atop Cap Sante in Anacortes for over 100 years. During the lifespan of the home, some of the previous remodels and modifications took away from the original house’s character. The current owner set out to update their interior spaces by giving a complete facelift that honors the home’s history and includes modern amenities and functionality. Most of this home was upgraded, including new plumbing, electrical, mechanical, siding, and finishes. The homeowner chose finishes that spoke to her love of the sea and sailing, including ocean-colored glass tile for showers, and warm finishes on cabinetry and countertops. The result is a tasteful remodel for a classic home.
