This was an exciting project wherein the previous layout, the only means of accessing the two different levels was with an elevator. We reclaimed a portion of the exterior patio and deck areas and transformed it into a functional and architecturally pleasing staircase. All new lighting within (including ambient stair lighting) highlights the new oak floors. New hemlock beam wraps and wall caps match existing interior trim, adding warmth to the space. Outside, the roofline was extended and all exterior finishes tie in seamlessly. New decking and aluminum guardrail freshen up the outside.
